The main check-in location for Delphi Watersports is at the beach in front of the Hyatt Regency towel hut, Noord, Aruba.
Our secondary check-in location, designated specifically for Jetski rentals, is located at Eagle Beach. This is on the beach, across the street from the Chalet Suisse restaurant (Orange hut with a jetski on the roof – Delphi Watersports).

No, transportation is not included in our services. In some cases, we can provide transportation, for an additional fee.

In between the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Barcelo Hotel, there is a narrow street with parking spots. This alley leads all the way to the beach. There are limited spots available, so please arrive as early as possible to ensure a parking spot.

For the catamaran cruises, we recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a towel, swimwear, and any personal items you may need during the trip. It’s also a good idea to bring a camera to capture the beautiful moments.

Yes, this person can ride as passenger but not operate the machine. This has to be done by a person of legal driving age (18).

The maximum weight limit for parasailing, jet skis, and flyboarding is approximately 300lbs. These limits are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
